MPI distributes two email newsletters, Pulse and Spotlight, to a majority of its 17,000 members. Since September 2012, I have managed content and distribution for both newsletters, achieving a combined average open rate of over 24% and a click rate of 4.5% between the two newsletters.*

I work with MPI's marketing managers and graphic designers to produce HTML marketing emails that not only mirror the original graphic as closely as possible, but also utilize techniques to meet the spam filter standards and display requirements of desktop and mobile email clients. Average open rates since September 2012 have topped 31% and average open rates are 2.3%.*
